We are very pleased to announces a new partnership with Outra to support the further development of our property data capabilities for household insurance providers.

Outra provides the UK’s most accurate and predictive residential property data set from 30 million households, using 5,000 data points drawn from more than 60 sources at household level covering property attributes, financials including more than 20 years of mortgage valuation data, demographics, location, planning permissions and sales and rentals.

The partnership will see Percayso integrate its suite of enrichment services and insurance intelligence solutions on to the Outra Platform, whilst Outra will be making its property data science capabilities available to Percayso’s client base through the Percayso intelligence hub.

Steve Grover, Business Development Director – Pricing & Underwriting at Outra, says: “It’s not just the extent of the data we access that makes a difference to helping insurance business, it’s the data science capabilities that we have built that help these businesses with predicting risk and improving pricing strategies. Partnering with Percayso delivers a compelling proposition to UK household insurers and together I believe we can deliver clear business improvements to their property portfolios.”

Outra recently extended its own data capabilities through a new relationship with Ambiental Risk Analytics, enabling it to add multi-hazard data and analytics to its platform including flood forecasting products and environmental reports internationally.

Ian Lilley, Head of Partnerships at Percayso, adds: “Like Outra, we’re constantly looking to add new data intelligence and science to enhance our client proposition, particularly where we continue to gain some real momentum with a range of insurance providers. As Outra covers more than 29 million households in the UK, enhanced with artificial intelligence, they represent a valuable new partner. This level of detailed, GDPR compliant data can help household insurance providers deliver more accurate pricing and write better business.”
